Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition
• In its original packaging with all accessories (if applicable)
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order information before sending the item back.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to personal reasons (such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the product), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, BOELON will cover the return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee

BOELON does not charge any restocking fees. All eligible returns are subject to a $0.00 restocking fee.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days after the inspection is completed.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account. If you have not received your refund after a reasonable period, we recommend contacting your payment provider for further assistance.
